How to connect Uber Eats to Feedelity
Connecting Uber Eats to Feedelity works a little differently from our other integrations. Just follow the steps below to get started!
Step 1: Email Our Support Team

Step 2: We Create a Dedicated Email Address
Once we receive your request, we’ll create a dedicated Feedelity email address for your organization.
Step 3: Add the Email to Your Uber Eats Locations
Add the dedicated Feedelity email as a user to your Uber Eats account (type of user does not matter).
- If you manage multiple restaurant locations, you can ask your Uber Eats account manager to add the email address to all locations for you.
- Alternatively, you can manually add it to each location yourself.
Step 4: Integration Activation
Once the email has been added to your Uber Eats location(s), the integration will automatically be activated in Feedelity within 24 hours. From there, you’ll be able to select which Uber Eats locations you’d like to add inside Feedelity.
