Bulk Send

The Bulk Send is a streamlined version of the Inbox, designed to quickly generate and send replies to multiple customer feedback cases at once. In one click, you can generate multiple replies at the same time. It helps you manage large volumes of feedback effortlessly. You can set your filters on top (channel, locations, ratings and period).

By clicking 'Generate' and selecting one of your Response Agents, responses will be drafted for each review in the bulk send. You can then still modify each answer and choose to send them individually or all at once using the blue send button in the bottom right corner (max. 20 replies at once).

Note: Only reviews can be handled via bulk send. Channels like Instagram or email are excluded, as they may involve ongoing conversations (threads). Reviews consist of a single incoming message, which contains all the necessary context for a response.
