Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a comprehensive, easy-to-interpret visual summary of your business's performance. It enables efficient tracking of progress and key metrics over time. You can refine the data by using the filters on top (locations, channels and period).

In the dashboard page, there are 4 different tabs. The first one is the 'Overview' tab. Here you can see the most important metrics like the total cases, average rating, NPS etc. You can also see the evolution of the volume and ratings over time and some Quick Insights into what your guest are saying. By clicking on one of the topics, a side panel will open where you can see a topic in more detail. Specifically, you can generate an AI summary of what people are saying about a specific topic, you can see the sentiment of the topic over time, as well as the specific cases.

The second tab is the 'Channels' tab. Here you can see via what channels your guests leave feedback, as well as the volume, NPS and response rates.

The third tab is the 'Tags' tab. Here you can see the topics that are mentioned in guest feedback with a corresponding sentiment. By clicking on a tag, you can see the lower-level tags. If you click on a tag that is already on the lowest level, the sidebar will open with some more details about the tag.

The fourth tab is the 'Key Drivers' tab. Here you can quickly see the strengths and weaknesses of your organization. Here, tags are plotted on a graph based on their average sentiment and their impact on the rating (the Pearson correlation between the tag sentiment and the review rating). If you hover over a tag, a small modal will open showing you some more details. Here you can also see the 'potential gain', which shows how much higher the average rating would be if all reviews with negative mentions of that tag would be removed. Similarly, if you click on a tag, a sidebar will open with some more details.
