Manage Integrations

Integrations allow you to connect external platforms to Feedelity, enabling all your customer feedback to flow directly into the Feedelity inbox. 

Integrations are essential for gathering customer feedback. Adding more integrations increases the volume and variety of feedback, leading to more comprehensive insights.

1. Click the add Integration button
2. Select the platform you wish to add.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process for the selected integration (each integration has a different setup flow that is tailored to the external platform, more information about how to connect each specific integration in the can be found here)

1. Select the integration you want to remove.
2. Click on Delete account
3. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK to delete the integration.

You can link an integration channel to a location using the dropdown menu. (If you synced your Google locations when you first signed up for Feedelity, your locations were automatically created based on your Google data. If you have no locations, you can create them manually in under Settings>Locations)

Linking a channel to a location is optional: for example, you typically wouldn’t link a shared mailbox, but you might want to link a dedicated location to feedback coming from a Facebook page.

Each integration has its own settings. You can open the settings by clicking on an integration. With these settings, you can decide the status of each incoming case from that source. 

Add a new channel.

1. Select the integration where you want to add a channel.
2. Click the Add Channel button
3. You will be taken to the next screen where you will be able to select the channel you want to add.

1. Click the trashcan icon of the channel you want to delete
2. This will give you pop-up to ask you if you are sure you want to delete this channel. Press OK and the channel wil be removed.
