Zenchef integration
To connect Zenchef to Feedelity, you will need your Zenchef API key. This API key is available for all Zenchef users which are on their Grow subscription plan or have a special agreement with Zenchef to make use of the Zenchef API.
To obtain your API key, contact Zenchef Support at [email protected]. Once you have it, simply paste it into the designated field in Feedelity.
Aks for reviews afterwards with Feedelity's smart QR code urls
Whenever a guest books through ZenChef, they automatically receive a follow-up email after their visit asking about their experience. This is the perfect moment to request a review.

- Collect a ZenChef review directly, or
- Redirect guests to Feedelity's smart QR code URL, which filters feedback intelligently. Happy guests are guided straight to Google to leave a public review, while unhappy guests are routed internally so you can address their concerns privately.
To set this up, go to Settings > Reviews > Review Distribution in ZenChef and add your Feedelity URL.
This is one of the fastest ways to collect a high volume of positive reviews. And it isn't limited to ZenChef, most other reservation systems offer the same opportunity, so you can plug the Feedelity URL into their post-visit feedback flow as well.
