Location Groups
Feedelity centralizes feedback from all your Locations. As your business grows, analyzing performance across dozens or hundreds of locations can become complex.
Location Groups allow you to bundle specific locations together based on criteria that matter to your business. Such as geographic region, specific managers, or store type. A location can be assigned to multiple groups (e.g., a store can belong to both the "North Region" group and the "Delivery Restaurants" group).
Location Groups help you instantly filter your dashboards and the inbox to the relevant subset of your business.
Managing Location Groups
To create a new location group, click create group. You can fill in a name and a description (which can always be updated).
Clicking on a group will open up a side panel where you can manage which locations belong to the group. You can delete a group at any time by clicking 'Delete group'. Deleting a group will not delete the locations it contains.
