Red Flags

Red flags automatically detect urgent customer feedback and notifiy the right people. It's crucial for rapidly identifying high-priority customer feedback, enabling your team to respond and resolve critical situations promptly. You can create 'red flag indicators', which are keywords or phrases that automatically flag urgent customer feedback. Any customer feedback related to the keywords or phrases will be picked up (language does not matter). Admins can manage the Red Flags under Settings.

 

Managing Red Flags

You can create a new red flag indicator by clicking 'Create Indicator'. Indicators can always be removed by clicking the X icon on the right.

Testing Alerts 
You can easily test your configured alerts:
  1. Enter example customer feedback into the provided textbox.
  2. Click 'scan for indicators'
  3. The system will then display if any of your defined alerts are triggered by the example feedback.
