Tags
Incoming feedback is automatically analyzed and labeled with the appropriate tags and sentiment. This allows you to see categorized feedback directly in your Inbox and see aggregated data in your Dashboards. For instance, you can track mentions of "Hygiene" or "Staff Friendliness" to monitor performance in those specific areas.
While the system automatically assigns tags, you always have the flexibility to manually adjust tags or sentiment for any piece of feedback directly from the Inbox.


Managing Tags
Tags can be managed by admins in the Tags tab under Settings.

You can create multiple tags at different levels. For example, you can create a tag category called Food & Beverage and add tags under it, such as Temperature or Portion Size. When you add a tag, you’ll be asked to provide a description. The clearer and more detailed the description, the more accurately incoming guest feedback will be tagged. To view the tags and sub-tags within a category, simply click on the category. To edit or delete an existing tag, hover over it and click the Edit (pencil icon) or Delete (trash can icon) button that appears.
