Users

The Users tab enables adding/removing users, managing roles, and configuring notifications to control access and responsibilities within Feedelity. The Users tab can be found under Settings. Note that this page is only visible to admins.

Users Roles

In Feedelity, there are three types of user roles:

  • Admin – Full access to all features and settings (they also manage the user roles).

  • Member – Can manage the inbox, bulk send, and view all dashboard pages. Members do not have access to the Settings page.

  • Viewer – Has the same access as a Member but cannot perform any actions (e.g. replying or deleting a review); they can only view. The only action that a viewer can perform is tag another user in the comment box of a specific case.

For Members and Viewers, Admins can restrict access to specific locations. When specific locations are assigned to users, those users will only see data from their assigned location(s) in the inbox, bulk send and dashboard page.

User Invites

Invite a new user:

To invite a new user to your organisation, click 'Invite team member'. A popup will then open where you can enter the email address and permissions of the user you want to invite. If you assign someone a member or viewer role, a secondary dropdown will appear, where you can grant access to specific locations (by default, all locations will be selected).

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join the organization. Likewise, if someone creates a Feedelity account using one of your verified domains (which can be managed in the Security tab), they can request to join your organization. Sent invitations and pending requests will be visible in the users tab for admins.

User Settings

If you click on an existing user from your organization, you can update their role and location access. Moreover, you can set their notifications (every user can set their own notification preferences by clicking on their account name in the bottom left corner). There is also the possibility to remove a user from your organization. Changes are saved automatically.
